Hidden Text - Text that is visible to the search engines but is
invisible to humans. This is usually accomplished by creating text the same color as the background color of the page. Main reason for

Hits - When someone views your Web site, they are considered a visitor. No matter how long they stay on your website, they are still the same visitor. Counting that visit as one visit. If they leave your website and comes back a different day, that's a new visit. If you have for examle 5 graphics on a page, then therey are considered a line for each and you would have 6 hits for that page view.
